Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl has welcomed a brand new youngster, however the child is not together with his spouse of over 20 years, Jordyn Blum.
On Tuesday (Sept. 10), the 55-year-old musician shocked followers with the information on Instagram, explaining that he’d not too long ago fathered a toddler exterior his marriage. Grohl and Blum, who married in 2003, share three daughters, Violet, Harper and Ophelia.
“I’ve not too long ago grow to be the daddy of a brand new child daughter, born exterior of my marriage,” the “Study to Fly” singer wrote in a press release. “I plan to be a loving and supportive guardian to her.”
He continued, “I really like my spouse and kids, and I’m doing every little thing I can to regain their belief and earn their forgiveness.”
“We’re grateful to your consideration towards all the youngsters concerned, as we transfer ahead collectively.”
Blum is Grohl’s second spouse, because the artist was beforehand married to photographer Jennifer Youngblood from 1994 to 1997. The wedding ended after Grohl reportedly admitted to dishonest. As a consequence of former Foo Fighters guitarist Pat Smear, being shut pals with Youngblood, he’d depart the group in 1997, later returning as a touring guitarist in 2005 and rejoining full-time in 2010.
