The ninth annual Black Music Honors was an extravaganza of music excellence celebrating revolutionary artists and musicians who’ve impacted African-American Music through the years. 

The annual occasion was held on the Cobb Power Performing Arts Centre in Atlanta, GA on Saturday (Could 18), and was hosted by the superstar artists LaToya Luckett and DeRay Davis. 

Produced by trailblazing African-American-owned tv programming, manufacturing, gross sales, and distribution firm, Central Metropolis Productions, the present was nothing wanting spectacular. 

ThisIsRnB was on location and had the distinct honor and pleasure of talking with the esteemed honorees; Icon Johny Gill, Dwelling Legend Bootsy Collins, and Grammy-winning gospel nice, Bishop Hezekiah Walker. Revered honorees additionally included Patrice Rushen and McLyte for his or her illustrious careers and contributions to the music trade.

Along with their unbelievable performances, artists Tone Stith, After 7 and Shaunice delivered together with J. Brown, Mali Music, NEXT,  and breakout gospel singer JoeL Barnes shared their ideas with ThisIsRnB on the importance of the Black Music Honor Awards, present tasks, and a lot extra.
