Digital Product Policy
All products sold through Wisdom and Vantage are digital products, including but not limited to:
- eBooks
- PDF downloads
- EPUB files
- digital guides
- downloadable written content
- digital resources
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may only be considered if:
- the purchased product has not been downloaded,
- the digital file has not been accessed,
- and no measurable use of the product has occurred through the customer account or delivery system.
Wisdom and Vantage reserves the right to verify download and access activity through its platform, hosting records, delivery logs, payment systems, and associated digital tracking systems before approving any refund request.
If our records indicate that the product has been downloaded, accessed, opened, or otherwise retrieved, the purchase becomes non-refundable immediately.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
- downloaded digital products,
- partially read or used digital products,
- accidental purchases,
- failure to read the product description,
- dissatisfaction based on personal preference,
- inability to use a file due to unsupported software or device limitations,
- claims made after download activity has been confirmed.
Because digital products cannot be “returned” once delivered, access or download constitutes acceptance of the purchase and fulfillment of the transaction.
Duplicate Purchases
If a customer accidentally purchases the same product more than once, they must contact Wisdom and Vantage within 7 days of purchase. Verified duplicate purchases may be reviewed for partial or full refund consideration at our discretion.
Fraud Prevention
Wisdom and Vantage reserves the right to deny refund requests suspected of:
- digital product abuse,
- unauthorized sharing,
- refund exploitation,
- chargeback fraud,
- repeated refund activity,
- or attempts to gain free access to intellectual property.
Accounts found engaging in abusive behavior may have future purchasing access restricted or permanently revoked.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback after downloading or accessing a digital product may be considered fraudulent activity. Wisdom and Vantage reserves the right to dispute chargebacks using documented download records, access logs, transaction records, and account activity.

For refund-related inquiries, customers must contact Wisdom and Vantage through the official contact page on Wisdom and Vantage and include:
- full name,
- order number,
- purchase email address,
- and reason for the request.
All refund reviews are handled on a case-by-case basis.
